Invitation to market dialogue: Further development of the Kauniainen welfare plan Power BI report

Summary

This is an invitation to market dialogue concerning the further development of the City of Kauniainen’s welfare plan Power BI report. The city is seeking providers with experience in Power BI solutions, data visualisation and public-sector reporting. Possible work may include improving the report’s visual design, usability and accessibility; presenting indicator data through infographics, charts, cards or maps; adding a data page; and visualising links between the city strategy, welfare plan priorities, health and well-being promotion objectives, measures and monitoring data. The potential procurement is a small-value purchase estimated at EUR 5,000–20,000, depending on the scope. This is not a request for tenders, and participation does not commit the city to a subsequent procurement. Interested organisations should contact the city by 30 September 2026, preferably as early as possible, and provide a short company presentation and relevant references. The development project is expected to take place in late 2026.
