Request for information 26091 – Youth hobby activity pass

This is a request for information, not a tender or contract notice. The City of Seinäjoki is exploring a virtual youth hobby activity pass for its Youth Services to present hobby opportunities, events and other activities in the Seinäjoki area to lower- and upper-secondary school-age young people. The requested solution should support young people’s search for activities and events, enable providers to share relevant information, be actively developed and updated, offer suitable user interfaces, interfaces and integrations, and work securely on mobile devices and in web browsers. The supplier should be able to demonstrate experience of using the system in public-sector markets. Responses are due by 25 September 2026 at 12:00 UTC.
