Market survey and invitation to market dialogue: procurement of prepared meal components for Vantaan Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy

This is a preliminary market consultation and invitation to market dialogue concerning the future procurement of prepared meal components and related delivery and logistics services for Vantaan Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy. The intended products are ready-to-use or minimally finished components for large-scale professional kitchens, mainly serving schools and day-care centres. The preliminary range comprises approximately 50–70 products, including sauces, soups, porridges, potato-based products, pasta and oven dishes, and fish-, meat-, poultry- and plant-protein-based alternatives. The estimated initial volume is about 10,000 portions per day for approximately 50 delivery locations in Vantaa, with an estimated annual value of EUR 1–1.2 million excluding VAT. Suppliers are invited to provide views on product groups, procurement structure, delivery models, product development, responsibility, nutrition and environmental reporting. The future contract notice is preliminarily planned for early 2027; this notice does not yet set out the final tender requirements.
