Successive deliveries of fish and fish products

Summary

The tender concerns successive deliveries of fish and fish products from 4 January to 17 December 2027. The contracting authority may use an option to increase the basic quantities by up to 150%. The submission deadline is 17 September 2026. Price is the only award criterion. Participation requires, among other things, HACCP evidence, sanitary approval or registration evidence for food handling, liability insurance with sufficient coverage and confirmation of a compliant means of transport. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish; a performance guarantee is required.
