Summary

The tender concerns scheduled deliveries of milk and dairy products from 4 January to 28 December 2027. The contracting authority may increase the basic quantity by 100% if the amount allocated for the basic deliveries is exhausted. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100%. The bidder must demonstrate the relevant food-handling registration or approval, hold liability insurance for supplied products, use transport meeting hygiene requirements, and provide HACCP evidence.
