Summary

The tender establishes a dynamic purchasing system for cloud services and related expert services for Hansel Oy’s customers. Interested candidates may submit applications to join the system throughout its validity period. After the establishment phase, internal competitions will be conducted among approved candidates from 15 October 2026 until 31 October 2031. Contracts awarded under the system may last for up to five years. The estimated maximum total value is EUR 340,000,000 excluding VAT, and customers may use electronic auctions in internal competitions.
