Summary

This is a market consultation, not a request for tenders. HUS is gathering information about one medical-use resin 3D printer for plastic surgery, together with cleaning and post-curing equipment, resin tanks, resins and a maintenance agreement. The preliminary technical concept includes an LFA-based printer with a build area of at least 35 × 19 × 35 cm, XY resolution of at least 50 microns, CE marking, and a validated ecosystem of biocompatible, sterilizable, medical-grade resins for surgical guides and anatomical models. The package would also include compatible automatic cleaning equipment, an automatic LED-based curing unit heatable to 100°C, a compatible build plate, three resin tanks and three mixers. A five-year warranty equivalent to a Dental and Medical Service Plan is indicated. Companies may submit product or service brochures. Responses are requested by 29 September 2026 at 14:00 Finnish time. The plans are preliminary and may change; a future tender is tentatively planned for autumn 2026.
