Invitation to market consultation: Construction of Söderkulla fire station

Summary

This is a market consultation and dialogue for a planned procurement, not a contract notice or an invitation to submit a tender. The aim is to identify a company or consortium capable of financing, designing and constructing an approximately 1,150 gross-square-metre fire station in Söderkulla under a long-term lease model, including external areas, storage facilities, shelters and technical systems, while owning the property during the lease term and providing agreed maintenance and servicing.
