Summary

The procurement concerns professional hairdressing products and accessories divided into five lots: washing and care products, colouring products, restructuring products, styling products, and small tools and accessories. Bidders may participate in one or more lots, but conditional and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contract will run for two years, with the contracting authority having the right to extend it by two one-year option periods. One to two suppliers will be selected for each lot.
