Lestijoki joint monitoring: load and waterbody monitoring for 2027–2030

Summary

The procurement covers load and waterbody monitoring for the Lestijoki joint monitoring programme during 2027–2030. The contractor must carry out sampling at wastewater treatment plants, industrial facilities and water bodies; perform field measurements and laboratory analyses; arrange verified cooled transport so samples reach the laboratory the day after sampling; provide online results, interim reports and annual summaries; submit data to the required environmental administration systems; and support emergency and exceptional situations. The service also includes monitoring harmful and hazardous substances in 2030, sludge analyses, peat production area monitoring and reporting. Offers must be submitted in Finnish through Hilma by 19 October 2026 at 14:00, must be signed and include all required annexes. The offer must remain valid until 28 February 2027.
