Flow cytometry antibodies

Summary

The procurement covers antibodies and immunophenotyping reagents used in HUS specialist haematology laboratory flow cytometry examinations, as well as quality control for fetomaternal haemorrhage testing. It is divided into three lots; bidders may tender for one, two or all three lots, and item-level partial tenders are allowed within the lots. For currently used products, the required antibody clone and fluorochrome must remain unchanged, and a product from another manufacturer may have to undergo comparability testing at the bidder’s expense. CE IVD-marked products are preferred. Price is the only award criterion for currently used antibodies and the quality-control product, while new antibodies are evaluated using a points-based assessment. The tender deadline is 13 October 2026 at 10:00. The estimated total value over 48 months is approximately EUR 600,000–900,000 excluding VAT, but the contracting authority does not guarantee this volume.
