Invitation to market dialogue for the City of Turku energy consumption monitoring service

Summary

The City of Turku is conducting a market dialogue before potentially launching a procurement for an energy consumption monitoring service. The aim is to create a digital service that monitors energy consumption in approximately 600 buildings, automatically helps identify consumption changes, and presents prioritised findings together with analysis and suggested follow-up actions. Approximately 200 buildings use district heating, and around 70 buildings have a measurement concentrator providing more detailed consumption data. The webinar will take place in Teams on 2 October from 9:00 to 11:00. To participate, companies must register by 25 September 2026 at 16:00 via Tarjouspalvelu or by email and provide the names and email addresses of the participants. This is not a contract notice or an invitation to submit a tender, and participation will not affect any possible subsequent procurement procedure.
