Assessment of business impacts – Property maintenance services for Artukainen Training Ice Rink Oy and the Sports and Leisure Centre

This is a market consultation and request for comments concerning Turku City's planned property maintenance service, not a contract notice or invitation to submit a tender. The planned service would cover the buildings, technical systems and outdoor areas of Artukainen Training Ice Rink Oy and the Sports and Leisure Centre. The work would include building and technical-system maintenance, yard maintenance, snow clearance, ice prevention, roof snow removal, flagging and playground equipment maintenance. The service provider would be expected to manage the Granlund Manager maintenance log, ensure that all scheduled inspections recorded there are completed and enter the results in the log. The planned contract would be awarded to one supplier for 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with two possible one-year extensions for 2029 and 2030. The estimated value is approximately EUR 200,000 per year and EUR 800,000 excluding VAT including the option years. Companies may submit comments on the business impacts of the planned procurement by 1 October 2026; a response is not a tender and does not oblige the contracting authority to proceed with the procurement.
