Equipment and software package compatible with VAMK’s existing Boston Dynamics Spot robot

Summary

VAMK is procuring a complete equipment and software package compatible with its existing Boston Dynamics Spot robot, EAP-2 Lidar and docking station. The package must support visible-light inspection, thermal inspection and 3D scanning or digital-twin functions, and include all required sensors, scanners, mounts, cabling, power and network components, firmware, software, licences, integration, documentation, training, support, maintenance, updates and security patches. The estimated value is EUR 190,000 excluding VAT over a five-year evaluation period: an initial three-year term plus two optional one-year extensions. Tenders are due by 5 October 2026 at 16:00 EEST. The contract will be awarded using a best price-quality ratio: price 40%, technical quality and functionality 25%, security, data management and privacy 20%, and deployment, support, training and maintenance 15%.
