Facility user services 2021–2025 (dynamic purchasing system)

Summary

The tender concerns facility user services and related additional services provided to Hansel Oy’s clients at their premises. The dynamic purchasing system is divided into three independent classes: cleaning, security and reception services; cleaning services and auxiliary catering tasks; and additional facility services. A candidate may apply for one or more classes, but must submit the required suitability and compliance attachments and supporting documents for each selected class. Candidates admitted to the classes will later participate in class-specific competitions. The application deadline is 11 September 2026 at 20:55 UTC, and the system remains in force until 31 December 2027.
