Leasing of multifunction printers for Aitoon Emäntäkoulu Oy

Summary

The tender concerns leasing one A3 and three A4 colour multifunction printers for Aitoon Emäntäkoulu Oy, including delivery, installation, user training, remote support, full maintenance and maintenance supplies. The printers must be installed and ready for use by 31 December 2026. The initial lease term is 36 months, with an option for the contracting authority to extend it indefinitely. The lease includes at least 75,000 colour and 25,000 monochrome prints per year across all devices. The authority may also purchase devices at the end of the lease and has an option to lease one additional A3 device. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and quality for 40%. Quality points are available for scanning directly to SharePoint and OneDrive, certified environmental management, and a faster maintenance response. Bidders must have at least one qualifying previous printer-leasing reference, financial standing equivalent to at least an A rating, and revenue of at least EUR 100,000 in the latest completed financial year. Valid liability insurance is required, as is compliance with tax, pension, registration, employment-terms and occupational-health obligations. The bid must be submitted in Finnish through Hilma, include the completed pricing form, and remain binding for six months from the submission deadline.
