Summary

The tender concerns the upgrade of IT.Niedersachsen's High-Performance Output Center production printing systems and related services. Bidders may submit proposals for two variants: Variant 1 – two identical black-and-white production printing systems (DS) and one color production printing system (CD) from the same manufacturer, with speeds of at least 136 pages per minute in duplex for BW and 70 pages per minute in duplex for color; Variant 2 – two integrated BW and color production printing systems (CDS) with at least 136 pages per minute duplex. All systems must be fully compatible with the existing workflow and envelope processing and must include a cost-per-click service and support package (consumables and spare parts, maintenance, repairs, remote support, and on-site service) ensuring system availability throughout the contract. The annual production volume is approximately 11.7 million BW pages and 1.3 million color pages; minimum guaranteed volumes are 4,000,000 BW pages and 400,000 color pages; paper formats are about 95% DIN A4 80 g/m2 and 5% other formats; price sheet details are in the Preisblatt; delivery, installation and integration must be completed; software and licenses must be provided; contract adheres to EVB-IT Systemlieferungsvertrag.
