Market dialogue on a service voucher and purchased services system

Summary

This is a voluntary market dialogue organised by Istekki Oy, not a contract notice or an invitation to submit a tender. The purpose is to gather market information for a future service voucher and purchased services system. The potential solution would include the system and its integrations, an implementation project including data migration and conversion, maintenance and support for standard software, support services, separately ordered consultancy services and customer service. The system should support issuing service vouchers and payment commitments, purchasing services, managing service-provider agreements, recording services, settlements, reporting, comparing service providers and collecting customer feedback. Interested companies must notify Istekki Oy of their interest by 14:00 on 11 September 2026 at hankinnat@istekki.fi. The dialogue will be conducted in Finnish and no separate payment will be made for participation. Participation does not oblige the contracting authority to launch a subsequent procurement and is not a condition for participating in any future procurement.
