Large Cancer Panel Test

Summary

The procurement concerns a large cancer panel test for the HUS Diagnostic Center and data-analysis software for reporting clinically significant variants, copy-number alterations and gene fusions. Only Lot A remains in progress; it covers panel solutions for solid tumours and haematological malignancies. Lot B, concerning a cell-free DNA panel for plasma samples, was discontinued and will be re-tendered separately. Lot A must support DNA and RNA analysis, including detection of small nucleotide variants, indels, gene fusions, copy-number variations, microsatellite instability, homologous recombination deficiency and tumour mutational burden.
