Procurement of installation, maintenance and repair works for HUSK surveillance camera systems

Summary

The tender concerns the installation, maintenance and repair of surveillance camera systems at hospitals and other sites within the HUS operating area, mainly in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Lohja, Porvoo and Raseborg. Up to three suppliers will be selected. The framework agreement will run for two years and may include one two-year extension option. For procurements exceeding the national threshold, a project-specific mini-competition will be held among the framework suppliers; prices may not exceed the prices agreed in the framework agreement, although lower prices may be offered. Smaller work orders may be awarded to a suitable supplier or also mini-competed. Service volumes and sites may vary during the contract period, and the contracting authority does not guarantee any fixed order volume. The tender submission deadline is 25 September 2026 at 09:00.
