Procurement of food and non-food products for small kitchens 2026

Summary

This is not yet a tender, contract notice or prior information notice, but a market dialogue concerning the future procurement of food and non-food products for small kitchens, such as daycare, teaching and school domestic science kitchens. The contracting entities seek market views on product availability, selection, pack sizes, split-pack deliveries, delivery reliability and sustainability requirements. Interested suppliers must register in writing by 18 September 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Finnish time by emailing niko.aronen@espoo.fi and providing a contact person's name and email address. Participation is not a prerequisite for taking part in the future tender, is unpaid and does not create binding obligations. The actual request for tenders will be published after the market dialogue.
