Summary

The tender concerns additional school transport services in Lappeenranta under a framework agreement for the period 1 January 2027 to 30 June 2029. Transport is arranged when existing public transport or school transport cannot meet a pupil’s needs. Routes are determined case by case, with an estimated maximum of 188 driving days per year, mainly on school days from 07:00–10:00 and 12:00–16:00, or 15:30–17:00 for afternoon activities. The operator must state what vehicles it can provide, including suitable cars, accessible vehicles, minivans, buses or other vehicles.
