Request for information/market dialogue: Shift scheduling and working time management system

Summary

This is a request for information and market dialogue, not a procurement procedure or request for tenders. The contracting authority is seeking suppliers of ready-to-use, market-available shift scheduling and working time management systems for an organisation employing approximately 5,500 people. The dialogue will explore functionality, integrations, pricing models, delivery and service models, and how solutions could support usability, mobile access, reporting, implementation, training and continuous service. Suppliers should submit a description of their available solution and services, examples of operating environments, and the key features they wish to demonstrate. A demonstration or practical use-case presentation may be provided; marketing videos alone are not accepted. Registration and system materials must be sent to hankinnat@ekhva.fi by 11 September 2026 at 12:00. Individual remote meetings will last approximately 120–150 minutes and are planned for 15, 18, 23 and 28 September 2026. The meetings will be conducted in Finnish. No tenders are requested, participation is not compensated, and the authority is not committed to launching the procurement.
