VR-Group: Maintenance and support services of telecommunications network devices - Invitation to participate

Summary

VR-Group is seeking maintenance and support services for telecommunications network devices and related network services. The supplier will be expected to provide service transition and implementation, 24/7 network monitoring, incident and fault management, replacement of failed devices in accordance with agreed service levels, configuration changes, preventive maintenance, operational support, service management, documentation, reporting and integration with VR’s service management and ticketing solutions. The service will support operations in Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Latvia and may later be extended to other VR Group companies or countries. The procurement is conducted as a negotiated procedure, and the scope and detailed requirements are preliminary and will be specified in the final invitation to tender and its annexes.
