Invitation to participate in a market dialogue: Surgical operations management system

Summary

The North Karelia wellbeing services county is preparing the procurement of a surgical operations management system. This is a market dialogue intended to obtain suppliers’ views on the subject matter, requirements, integrations, implementation model and contract structure before the possible procurement procedure is finalised. Interest in participating must be notified by email to emma.niskasaari@nhg.fi by 9 September 2026. Interested suppliers will receive preliminary procurement materials and commenting instructions, with 14 days available for comments. The market dialogue does not oblige the contracting authority to conduct the procurement as presented, nor does it oblige participating suppliers to submit a tender in any later competition.
