Vascular surgery devices and supplies 2026–2032 dynamic purchasing system

Summary

HUS is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for vascular surgery devices, supplies and implants used in vascular surgery, endovascular procedures and the treatment of vascular diseases. The scope may include vascular grafts and patches, catheters, stents, stent grafts, endoprostheses, thrombectomy and recanalisation products, venous surgery products and other specialist supplies, together with training, implementation support, consignment stock, maintenance and expert services. Applications may be submitted throughout the system’s validity period, until 5 September 2032 at 21:00 UTC. Purchases will be made through separate internal competitions, with an estimated 1–10 competitions per year and an indicative total value of approximately EUR 50 million over 72 months; HUS does not guarantee any purchase volumes. The applicant must meet the suitability requirements specified in the ESPD and the procurement criteria.
