Procurement of charter transport services

Summary

The tender concerns the procurement of charter transport services for one-way, return and pre-arranged regular local transport anywhere in mainland Finland. Passenger cars are excluded; only buses in vehicle categories M2 and M3 may be used. The procurement is divided into three lots: school and day-care excursion transport (€1,500,000 excluding VAT), swimming pool and temporary school transport (€2,700,000), and event and other transport (€800,000). A tenderer may bid for and be selected for one or more lots. A framework agreement will be established, with up to 10 suppliers selected for Lot 1 and 5 suppliers for each of Lots 2 and 3. Individual assignments will be awarded through a simplified competition within the framework agreement. The estimated total value is €5,000,000 excluding VAT, and the tender deadline is 5 October 2026 at 09:00 UTC.
