Vascular surgical devices and supplies 2026–2032 dynamic purchasing system

Summary

HUS is establishing a dynamic purchasing system valid until 5 September 2032 for vascular surgical devices, supplies, implants and related additional services. The scope may include vascular grafts, stents, catheters, endoprostheses, thrombectomy and recanalisation products, venous surgery products and other specialist supplies, as well as training, implementation support, consignment stock, maintenance and expert services. Specific purchases will be conducted through separate internal competitions, with the detailed scope and contract period defined for each competition. HUS estimates 1–10 internal competitions per year and an indicative total value of approximately EUR 50 million over 72 months, but does not guarantee any purchase volumes. Applications to join may be submitted throughout the system’s validity period. Applicants must meet the suitability requirements set out in the ESPD and the procurement criteria; all precise requirements should be verified in the official tender documents.
