Request for information and market dialogue: procurement of fresh bread and bakery products

Summary

This is a request for information and market dialogue concerning the future procurement of fresh bread and bakery products for delivery to the Hopunkallio production kitchen in Sastamala and potentially other delivery locations in the Sastamala area. This is not a call for tenders, and the information is preliminary and non-binding. Participation is voluntary and does not affect a company’s position in the future tender. Interested market operators must register by 6 September 2026. Individual market dialogue meetings will take place on 17 September 2026, either at Servi’s office or via Microsoft Teams, in Finnish. Up to six operators will be invited to individual meetings; others may provide comments by email. No compensation will be paid for participation.
