Building Automation Works Framework Agreement 2027–2028

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for maintenance, repair, renewal and construction works involving building automation systems in public buildings and properties maintained by the City of Helsinki. The procurement is divided into eight system-specific lots: DEOS, Drive, Fidelix, Trend, Honeywell, Ouman, Schneider and Siemens. One or two framework contractors may be selected for each lot, if enough suitable tenders are received, and orders will be placed according to the economically most advantageous priority ranking.
