Complete demolition of the old Jyrkkälä health centre

Summary

The contract covers the complete demolition of the old Jyrkkälä health centre at Jyrkkälänrinne 4, Turku. The approximately 530 m² building and designated ancillary structures must be demolished, including hazardous-material demolition, waste packaging, transport and disposal, site filling, grading and water management. The contractor must submit a fixed total-price tender electronically by 14 September 2026 at 12:00. The lowest price is the sole award criterion.
