Request for information / Maintenance and repair of large kitchen equipment, periodic maintenance and long-term plans (PTS)

Summary

This is a request for information and market consultation, not a contract notice or request for tenders. The planned procurement concerns maintenance, repair and periodic maintenance of large kitchen equipment, as well as long-term plans (PTS). Warranty-period maintenance and repair work and maintenance and repair of refrigeration equipment are excluded. Interested suppliers should answer the purchaser’s questions in the TenderService portal under “Other conditions” by 2 September 2026 at 11:00. Suppliers may also submit a brochure describing relevant services or products. The planned regional procurement would involve the City of Turku and the municipalities of Aura, Masku and Vehmaa, as well as the cities of Kaarina, Lieto, Loimaa, Naantali, Paimio and Raisio, with the contract period intended to begin on 1 January 2027. Participation in the market consultation does not bind the supplier, and the purchaser is not committed to carrying out the procurement.
