Renovation contract for the Suomenlinna service piers (Suomenlinna and Katajanokka)

Summary

This is a voluntary prior notice for the planned renovation of the service piers at Suomenlinna and Katajanokka. The works are expected to cover repairs to steel structures, pontoons, dolphins, fenders, shore supports and pier equipment, as well as marine works and temporary site arrangements. The contract is planned as a single general contract under the YSE 1998 general conditions. Construction is provisionally scheduled for 26 June to 8 August 2027, with the contract to be signed by December 2026. The actual invitation to tender is expected in September 2026; this notice is not a call for tenders and does not request applications, offers or questions.
