Procurement of electricity

Summary

The tender concerns the procurement of electricity for Raahen parish and the competition for its electricity sales agreement. The agreement will set the electricity supplier’s margin and contractual terms. The final billed price will consist of the supplier’s margin, profile cost, SYS and EPAD price fixings and/or unhedged Spot shares, together with pass-through charges for Fingrid balance service volume fees and Datahub usage-point fees. Tenders must be submitted by 22 September 2026 at 09:00 UTC. Small and medium-sized enterprises may participate.
