Market dialogue on a payroll system and travel and expense management system

Summary

This is a preliminary market dialogue, not a contract notice. Careeria Oy is exploring the procurement of an integrated payroll system and travel and expense management system for approximately 400 employees and approximately 50 non-employees. The solution is expected to support payroll calculation under the applicable collective agreements, travel and expense processing, electronic payslips, payments, accounting, statutory reporting, SaaS operation, migration, implementation, training, support and maintenance. It must integrate with the future HR system and other systems, including time tracking, Heeros, Wintime, Microsoft Fabric and M-Files, using modern interfaces and minimizing manual file transfers. Suppliers must register for the market dialogue and submit the completed information-request questionnaire in Finnish through Hilma by 7 September 2026. Careeria may limit the number of suppliers invited to the dialogue, which may include demonstrations and comments on preliminary procurement documents. The indicative target is to have the new system in production in September 2027.
