Invitation to market dialogue: collection and transport of septic tank and cesspit sludge in the area of Loimi-Hämeen Jätehuolto Oy

Summary

This is a market dialogue for the planned collection and transport of septic tank and closed-tank sludge in the municipalities of Forssa, Jokioinen, Tammela, Sastamala, Punkalaidun, Somero, Koski Tl, Oripää, Loimaa, Ypäjä, Huittinen, Eura, Säkylä, Urjala, Akaa and Humppila. No tenders are requested or accepted at this stage. Participation is voluntary and is not required for the future procurement. The dialogue will take place on 29 September 2026 from 14:00 to 16:00 at the Kiimassuo waste centre in Forssa, with remote participation available via Teams. Registration is required by 27 September 2026 by email to mirva.mustakallio@lhj.fi. Participants may submit advance questions and comment on the appropriate annual volume of sludge emptying services. The contracting authority may change the planned procurement or decide not to conduct it, and participation costs will not be reimbursed.
