Summary

This is a request for information and market dialogue, not a contract notice or request for tenders. The contracting authority is exploring strategy monitoring, objective management and balanced scorecard solutions, together with implementation, maintenance, training, development and expert services. Interested suppliers should submit a free-form response by 11 September 2026 at 12:00 Finnish time by email to kuva.ict-hankinnat@hel.fi, describing their solution, technical environment, integration options, security and data protection arrangements, implementation model, support services, references, and general licensing and pricing principles. Responding is not a condition for participating in any later procurement, and the authority is not required to proceed with a procurement.
