Summary

This is a market consultation and preparation of a planned framework agreement, not an invitation to submit tenders. Hansel Oy intends the joint procurement to enable customers joining the framework agreement to purchase food products for professional kitchens and related ordering and use services, such as logistics and other support services. Companies may participate in a technical market dialogue and comment on preliminary procurement materials. Registration for the market dialogue is required by 14 September 2026 at 12:00 Finnish time. The supplier information session will take place via Teams on 27 August 2026 from 14:30 to 16:00, with registration due by 26 August 2026 at 12:00. Tenders are not being requested at this stage, and the contracting authority is not bound to conduct the subsequent procurement; publication of the future invitation to tender is planned for April 2027.
