Wetland design and construction supervision, and construction supervision under a water management plan in the LIFE Revives project, 2026–2027

Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots and covers, in 2026–2027 under the LIFE Revives project, the detailed design of two wetlands and construction supervision for their implementation, as well as construction supervision of works carried out under the Pinsiönniitty water management plan. The services include field measurements and investigations, determining the catchment area and exact location, cooperation with landowners, monitoring the technical solution and schedule, safety coordination, preparing meetings and acceptance inspections, and final reporting. The wetlands must be designed so that no permit under the Water Act is required and the works do not cause sediment loading in the rivers. The tender submission deadline is 16 September 2026 at 19:00. Implementation of the procurement depends on funding being secured.
