Snow ploughing contract for selected pedestrian and cycling routes and public areas

Summary

The tender concerns snow ploughing on selected pedestrian and cycling routes and public areas in the city of Nurmes, using the contractor’s own snowploughing equipment and wear parts during the winter seasons 2026–2029, with an option for the 2029–2030 season. Bidders must submit a total price per completed ploughing operation for the main contract area and an hourly rate for partial ploughing or additional work such as snow loading and gritting. The total price must include the relocation of ploughed snow on Koulukatu and Kaarlonkatu. The estimated volume is 35 ploughing operations and 40 working hours per winter season. Work normally starts between 3:00 and 5:00 or at another agreed time. The contract will be awarded to the eligible bidder with the most economically advantageous comparison price.
