Summary

This is a framework agreement for leasing services for state agencies and institutions, organisations outside the state budget economy, universities and higher education institutions, and EU organisations. The services include leasing finance, management services for financed leasing assets, handling services for assets returned after the lease period, and other separately ordered services. The contract period is 2 years, with one possible extension option of up to 2 additional years. The estimated value of the framework agreement is about EUR 70,000,000 to 94,000,000 for financed leasing assets and EUR 2,000,000 to 6,000,000 for separately ordered, optional and additional services, with a maximum total value of EUR 100,000,000 excluding VAT.
