Art procurement coordination services

Summary

The tender concerns coordination services for art procurements for Tuusula Municipality. The service provider must organise the preparation and implementation of art procurements, support cooperation between artists, the client and construction projects, prepare artist contracts, and take part in the Rykmentinpuisto art programme work. The assignment is ongoing and the estimated annual workload is about 120 hours; in addition, there are separate ongoing projects, including the planning and implementation of art for Varuskunnanaukio and the Lahela school, daycare and youth centre project, estimated at 300–400 hours for autumn 2026 to autumn 2029. One bidder will be selected and the award criterion is the most economically advantageous tender.
