Summary

The Basauri City Council is procuring the preparation, review, registration, implementation and on-site direction of safety plans, self-protection plans and foreseeable-risk arrangements for municipal events and public spectacles. The scope covers seven event-based service units: Abarka Eguna, Udaberri, San Miguel festivities, San Fausto festivities, the San Fausto fireworks emergency plan, Christmas events and Carnival. The contract is not divided into lots; it includes preliminary site inspections, coordination with municipal and emergency services, and supervision during events where required.
