Concrete Defect Assessment and Repair Design for the ZF-2 Building

Summary

Ferrocarril Metropolità de Barcelona, SA and Transports de Barcelona, SA (TMB) are procuring a study of concrete defects and an execution design for repairs to the façades and parapets of the ZF-2 office building in Barcelona. The work covers approximately 4,500 m² of exposed concrete, including an in-depth inspection, at least four concrete cores, a damage catalogue and repair proposals, together with the required safety and health study. The contract is a single, undivided lot, with a four-month term.
