Turó de Gardeny demolition, structural consolidation and urbanisation works

Summary

The City Council of Lleida is procuring demolition, structural consolidation and repair works, followed by the urbanisation of the released areas at Turó de Gardeny. Lot 1 covers demolition and related consolidation and repair at the former Hill nightclub and adjacent buildings in the former Gardeny military barracks; Lot 2 covers paving, site clearance, repairs to the cleared areas and organisation of existing vegetation around the swimming pool. Lot 2 follows Lot 1. The overall delivery period is six months, three months per lot, and the total budget is €322,979.42 including VAT.
