Ayala Town Council is procuring the organization, management and delivery of its Gazteleku youth-centre service for young people aged 10–18. The annual service comprises 312 ordinary hours and 120 hours for holiday programmes and planned outings, or 432 hours in total, with workshops, open activities and socio-educational support. The contract runs for two years and may be extended twice for one year each; it is not divided into lots.
