End-to-end organization of an obstacle race

Summary

The Municipality of Chipiona is procuring the end-to-end organization, production and delivery of a public and competitive obstacle race of approximately 7–8 km, with at least 20 obstacles and capacity for up to 2,000 participants; 700 participants are anticipated. The two-month service includes route and obstacle design, registrations, event promotion, staffing, medical and safety provision, timing, refreshments, finishers’ shirts, medals and trophies, event infrastructure, and post-event dismantling and clean-up. The contract is not divided into lots. The municipal budget ceiling is €15,000 including VAT, while the event’s total estimated cost is approximately €40,000.
