Interior and exterior painting works at Culture Department buildings for 2027

Summary

The Culture Department is procuring interior and exterior painting works at buildings managed in the Barcelona, Girona, Lleida and Tarragona areas during 2027. The works include surface preparation, painting walls, ceilings and façades, finishing wood and metalwork, protecting and moving furniture, erecting and dismantling scaffolding up to 6 metres, preparing safety measures and final cleaning. The procurement is divided into four lots, one for each area, with an annual estimated value of €263,050.50 excluding VAT; an extension for 2028 is possible.
