Maintenance and technical support for Aeroports de Catalunya’s IT equipment

Summary

Aeroports de Catalunya is procuring a single-lot, six-month service for maintaining its IT equipment and providing technical and user support at its Barcelona offices and at Lleida-Alguaire, Andorra–La Seu and Cerdanya aerodromes. The scope includes 1,235 hours of support, 24/7 security monitoring and incident detection, and related ICT applications, licences and services, including cloud storage and backup, backup software, virtualization, firewall equipment and network and server monitoring. The tender budget is EUR 120,400 excluding VAT.
