Supply of SCORM learning content licences for online professional certificate courses

Summary

The City of Murcia is procuring licences for SCORM-format digital learning content for modules in professional certificate courses delivered online through its Moodle-based Virtual Training Centre. The materials include multimedia learning resources, learning and assessment activities, and supporting documents such as a course examination and learner and teacher guides. The contract runs for two years from 1 January 2027, with up to two further years of extensions; the planned maximum is 9,500 hours per year, with no more than 15 learners per module. The procurement is not divided into lots.
